• YOU CAN SELECT A MAXIMUM OF 4 EXPERIENCES PER DAY
• YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING AFTER SUBMISSION IF ALL 4 EXPERIENCES PER DAY HAVE BEEN SELECTED
• WATCH OUT FOR EXCITING MASTERCLASSES AND WORKSHOPS YET TO BE ANNOUNCED! YOU MAY ADD AN EXPERIENCE TO YOUR BOOKING LATER IF YOU HAVE SELECTED 3 OR LESS THAN 3 EXPERIENCES FOR A DAY
• YOU WILL RECEIVE AN M-BADGE ON YOUR EMAIL AND ON WHATSAPP - PLEASE PRESENT THIS AT THE BOX OFFICE TO COLLECT YOUR BAND FOR FESTIVAL ENTRY - NEW BANDS WILL BE ISSUED PER DAY (YOUR M-BADGE WILL BE UPDATED AUTOMATICALLY)
• BANDS FOR ALL DAYS CANNOT BE COLLECTED BEFOREHAND
• Only individuals of 18 years and above are eligible.
• A maximum of 4 selections per day can be booked per viewer.
• Seating is strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Passes are non-transferable.
• Valid photo ID required for entry.
• The festival reserves the right to modify schedules without prior notice.
• The festival is not responsible for personal belongings, loss, or theft.
• By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded, and such material may be used for promotional purposes.
• Registrations and passes are subject to verification; false information may lead to cancellation.
• The festival reserves the right to deny entry or cancel registration at its discretion.
• Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited within festival premises.
• Users will be unable to undo their selected bookings once registered. However, they can edit their booking by adding to their selection.
• Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas; outside food is not permitted inside screening or session halls.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during screenings and sessions.
